Taking coach travel to a whole new level is a way of life for Matthews Coaches, based in County Monaghan, Ireland, and they have raised the stakes again by introducing the first double deck Plaxton Panorama to the borders region of the country.

The latest addition to their 50-strong fleet is a 90-seat (with 67 and 23 seats on the upper and lower decks, respectively) 10.8 litre, 400hp Euro6 B11R with I-Shift transmission. It has air conditioning throughout, extended seats, all-age safety belts, USB charging points, WiFi, sophisticated audio and PA technology, driver support systems, alloy wheels, CCTV and reversing cameras.
