Hi Dmitry, why not unlimit the upper size? It seems 10000px images will also be replaced one day by e.g. 11806px images, why not do it in the one step? The replacement game should be ended in this way.
BTW, if you open the original size in some old internet browsers or on "unsmart" smartphones, it will definitively affect the system performance, (such as more loading time, more mobile data caused or even the browser will be frozen / down etc..) and too big image is not everyone wants. Is it some option to offer a medium size between screen size and full dimension for AutoWP visitor- it is still HD but it is compatible to mobile devices and some lowly equipped computers?
Many moderators don't act responsibly, only deal with simple and easy images,looking at those unfamiliar model pictures every day.They're not as good as those visitors!
